Revo/Eyetalk365 court update was posted and at the bottom it shows a date for Jury Trial. How far reaching REVO Tech is can not and SHOULD not be a factor. REVO is not attempting to Monopolize the industry, rather seeking FAIR compensation for their PATENTS with Sub License/Royalties. Even if APPLE was to Lobby for Patent Law revamping (congress will never allow monopoly patent infringement/Patent destruction) Revo will most likely be protected as Grandfathered in, along with to many other Patents. The Jury trial is to be held THIS year, not years from now. ALARM force can ,and MAY settle before risking an "APPLE TYPE" award. What does Alarm Force have---Less than nothing as they were INFORMED of the REVO PATENTS when their Patent was REJECTED citing REVO PATENTS. (Apple denied any knowledge of the Patent they lost to).
