Less than 800,000,000 shares remain before they exhaust the 2,900,000,000 O/S. Fact.

In the last month they diluted 200,000,000. Fact. (Pacific Transfer, the only associate of SNDY that legally cannot lie)

That means four months at the latest before they either:

A.) Reverse split #5. Every common share holder gets wiped clean. Again.

B.) They increase the O/S to some comical pinky number (5-10 billion) and continue to peddle shares at whatever they can, however they can, whenever they can. Good luck to those owning virtually worthless pieces of ever increasing diluted mess. They will continue bleeding the longs until eventually....see A.)
