Considering he hasn't been convicted as the trial is still pending, he isn't a felon unless he gets convicted.

Besides, the statement made was that a company he and Sides were partners in were charged in a Fed mortgage fraud case, which is a false statement.

Also, they aren't involved in MMJ in any state rather legal hemp products so that isn't an issue.
