It's a well known fact in Pink Sheets that History Repeats Itself. If a CEO has done a good job, been factual in releases, truthful to investors they have a tendency to do that in the future.

In this case, Michael McLaren has outright lied to investors, stolen money, faked releases and contracts and will continue to do so.

The past has a distinct correlation to the present.
