tmm bought a copy of the stolen VDK 2.0 from Simpson and Haskins and has ZERO rights to use or possess it. Yes, tmm knows this was a stolen copy but decided to buy it anyway! As the judge said, she found their admission of securities fraud surprising!!!

The Dimension patents are all alive and well and have ZERO restrictions on them. tmm issued a ridiculous chest pounding PR but failed to read it themselves before releasing it. If they had, they would realize they contradicted themselves. Dimension's patent is alive and well with the 5 key claims intact and protected by the patent office. Dimension's other patents are unaffected by any tmm actions. And yes, tmm TOTALLY WASTED hundreds of thousands of investor dollars on this FAILED attempt!
