The bad thing is, NEAH can't even afford the breakup fee. I wonder what the new distraction will be.

I am sure it won't be a fuel cell since they apparently can't make and demonstrate one.

maybe a patent application or a white paper describing an intent to have a meeting to discuss the possibility of attempting a plan for an an even more efficient fuel cell than they dreamed of two years ago. After all, that is progress isn't it ?
