That's the easy way to raise money. In this situation, and this jmo, the "partnerships" are telling them there are better ways that are investor friendly, to raise money. Seems to me, GCEI has to play nicely in order for developments to come full circle. I also think in these "meetings" dilution was on the table but was voted Neh. On that note, to me that makes me feel pretty good about things to come.
