Here is article on the project generator model .....basically they join another mining company who has the right to "earn in" a percentage of the property by funding AND doing work on the property. Usually a percentage for drilling, more for NI 43 - 101, more for PEA, and so on. Depends on the deal....so they lose part ownership but don't dilute the shareholders.
