I agree, i believe TCEL is on the up and up and it takes time plus if you add up the dollar amount of the last 2+ billion share at a price of 0001 cent per share for tcel that is just not enough money to take from a company and scam.

There is a PAT and it needs the time to get it rounding !!! That All.
How ever if you were buying at 5 cents i can see how you are disappoint in TCEL .
timing is it and i believe the timing is now !!!!
