I would not street about any dilution...if there is any it will be for ~$5-10M which would equate to about 5-10M shares...however all of these dilutions that occur since the failure by the CRO and before any settlement/arbitration will be used as support in the arbitration proceedings of the monetary impact of the CROs failures...hence why the arbitration was filed for a MINIMUM of $50M....clearly CVM has planned all along to go after the CRO for as much damage as possible...
