The ONLY true test he is the least bit serious at this point, is if the company was reenlisted for trading by now. He claimed several times he has the funds and papers in order more than a year ago. Yet two years later the company is still revoked. I think we got our answer.

I don't believe the trash bin story. Why was the SEC sending information to KB several years later, unless they weren't aware this man was now in charge of the company? What this suggests, is there was absolutely no correspondence or paperwork sent to the SEC to remain current since he took over. The SEC then sent the forms to the last known contact address. Hearing nothing, the SEC pulled the plug and here we are two years later.

So now shareholders are looking to this same guy at least partially responsible for it's revocation to get them out of it? That seems a little nutty to me. If I'm mistaken, then who is still legally in charge of Radix, KB or him? It's not like we have any confirmed information to ponder over to really find out.
