Massive dilution. Outstanding shares just wen up by 60%. Expect PPS to tank to $2. Let's see if this raise even closes. At $3 that's .15c pre split and you guys are cheering that. lol. They will burn through this CASH in no time with $6 million losses per Q and that so called acquisition.
