in exchange for 3,500,000 shares of Company Common Stock and the right to obtain 7,000,000
shares of Company Preferred Stock issued to the sole member of Aeroquest, Mr. John Ohlin.
Mr. Ohlin received the 7,000,000 shares of the Company’s preferred stock on February 15, 2011.
