I'm thinking out loud. But C%D&E*L sitting on bid/ask on a daily basis with an endless, I mean, ENDLESS, supply of shares.. this isn't just dilution. Hence, I would read the recent SEC filings and follow the breadcrumbs because history says - this time a year ago- there was someone playing around with this and became a brief topic of conversation. Again, knowing the character this is a hunch, and that is all.

I will say again I wonder if tort is an option here.
