Just hoping he is that astute and knows how far he can delay filings before the alphabet soup agencies have a say in matters and derail his dreams and aspirations.
I don't doubt what you say, and appreciate you spending time with him and reassuring us. I got similar intel from someone else who stays in touch with him by e-mail.
But if he can take the time with you, he can apply that amount of time to communicate with every one of us. In fact, to not communicate with all investors on an equal basis is risky IMO. You might want to pass that along.
The obvious case appears to be that he is choosy who he converses with and it's generally those who seek him out, to the exclusion of the vast number of investors who have funded his venture.
