VOIS... No one using their senses believes that a BUYOUT occurs after the first meeting! It doesn't bother me one bit, that initial talks concluded without a contract being signed! Not a chance in the world, after having gone that far in Product development and Marketing in 2013, or whenever!!

The section of GOOGLE, MICROSOFT, and other interested parties that pursue BUYOUTS, yes, would probably like to make a quick deal, and maybe there was one at the first meeting, but I truly doubt it! But because most P-Stocks are known to fail, and money at hand is hard to resist, maybe a minimal offer was made, who knows, but wisdom and common sense tells us, especially when it comes to lower echelon employees, is to obtain and study the details of the product, which was undoubtedly the thrust of the first conversations! Not even close to negotiations folks, just a "Knock-on-the-Door" visit for the most part! Then, GOOGLE or MICROSOFT higher officials study those details, and then wait for results of upcoming events of M.S.I., as elucidated by them in those first meeting(s)! No BUYOUT Company wants a deal to take too long, that is for sure, but a year or 2, for a product in a new sector, where nothing much has yet been proven by M.S.I., is probably about right!

BUT, having had discussions with such Companies is proof enough to me that we might have something here, though what other Companies feel cannot be completely ascertained! I am almost certain, after the initial discussions, that the GOOGLE or MICROSOFT officials said in uncertain terms; "It sounds pretty good, lets talk after so-and-so date when results begin to come in!"

Then again, it makes sense that Making a higher offer of 1 Billion or so, to EMOTIV, as has been reported, because they were the first out-of-the-box, and had more to offer to GOOGLE or whomever! Yes, the M.S.I. device has set a new standard, I believe, but where that will take us is anybody's guess!

Because PHD's SCHALK and CHIU have had long term interests in the BCI field, they are sure to have studied EMOTIV thoroughly, and presented new wrinkles in our "SYNAPSE"! At this point, it is only our hope that the product will perform at least as well as the few others out there, and then rely on the COMPACTNESS and LOWER PRICE to become a serious, even dominant competitor!!

The COUNTDOWN to PRODUCTION continues...
