Nice to see, relatively speaking, the same info shared, other than from BeauBeau, and from a fresh new perspective. Beat that info like a dead drum with VOIS.. Few appreciate hearing it and dig deeper with VOIS and discover that Brent Fouch and Kerry Driscoll have been shamming retail shareholders in several POS Stink Pinky Shams over the years. This is the same scenario that has been being repeated here since VOIS merged it's POS MTEK business into VOIS back in October 2012.
1. October 2012 VOIS $.10 PPS
2. May 2013 VOIS Increases AS from 1 Billion to 3 Billion
3. August 2013 VOIS increases AS to 5 Billion
4. October 2013 VOIS trades down to $.0001 and performs a 2000:1 Reverse Split after dumping somewhere close to 5 BILLION SHARES in ONE YEAR!
5. VOIS Post Reverse Split $.20 PPS
6. VOIS Leaves AS @ 5 BILLION!
7. VOIS dumps PPS down to $.0017 before EOY 2013
8. VOIS Current 5B AS will be issued and outstanding, by my estimation, no later than July 1, 2014!
