Did you just see how CSTI removed their 4.7 million block on the Ask, then the 1000 share paint job went through SECONDS later and then they put the block back on he Ask 2 seconds after that? lol

They are trying to lure people into chasing their shares on the Ask. They did not want to buy shares from themselves, which is illegal stock manipulation.

So obvious
