... because "peanuts"? (google SA about BELKIN, ADT, you will find)

HOLD if you want. Vringo is overvalued. STRONG SELL. Don't buy until ER. MMs make $$$$$ on every news.

Don't forget about the facts:
1) CASH BURN $2,2M/ Month
2) COO Berger is gone (NO CASH)
3) Outstanding Cash~$10m-$15m
4) Nokia portfolio: $22m
5) Bad ER expected: ~$50m LOSS

Current realistic market cap= ~$37m ($15m+$22m) or PPS $0.37
