Very good point re cross-selling ... the hypothesis.

Once again, as you correctly observe, the theory and reality are not in accord thus far. If Wave's products finally start to show a pattern of marrying on the demand side, then I guess we can begin to expect it to occur in future.

Hopefully this cross-selling idea is not yet another unicorn. I am so sick of fairy tales.
