You gave control of ADIA to a former penny stock broker, failed businessman and possible crook at the request of a convicted criminal who's served time in prison.

How exactly would you like to deal with this reality?

If the former penny stock broker and possible crook had done the minimum he promised to do then ADIA would be better off now than it would have been if I had chosen instead to fight with the convicted criminal.

The single largest investor in PIVX whose judgment has been correct repeatedly in the past was very strongly in favor of allowing PIVX to become ADIA and he wanted ADIA to have another chance to grow in the care of Bill Hodson while the PIVX legacy in cybersecurity and forensics was developed in my spin-out companies.

There was no reason to refuse. Just as there is no reason today to presume these people guilty of crimes they have not yet committed, despite any crimes they might have committed previously including ones for which they might soon be facing arrest and prosecution.

It would be better for all ADIA shareholders and it would make my job easier in completing the spin-outs if these people would stop causing insane self-destructive problems. But if they won't stop the insanity then the final resolution will be worse for them than for anyone else, so common sense suggests they will stop -- the amount of force that is finally required to compel them will be very informative in my opinion.
