WOW - you really dont care about ADIA shareholders. How could anyone with a self anointed fiduciary responsibility to ADIA shareholders NOT CARE which path these two people take as long as its not fraud???

Is that the basis of building a company, just take peoples money and do what you want, just dont commit fraud!! Heck, lets do away with all disclosure then other than an oath not to be a criminal.
