$EPAZ Project Flex is a new technology that will change the way cooling technology is used. Project Flex has received a patent pending status. Because Project Flex is not in line with Epazz's core business, the company believes it is a great opportunity to be the first Epazz spin off that will result in:

$0.01 dividend to shareholders
Build value in Epazz as well as Project Flex
The effective date of the spinoff has not yet been announced.
