I emailed the CEO of ONCO yesterday and received a response from him within a few hours. Here is what he told me:

Actually, ONCO has been reorganized and is now Oracle Nutraceuticals Company, a Colorado corporation.

Moreover, the company is in the process of entering into a merger with a well-developed and organized company that is engaged as a going concern in the manufacture of oil field data and well production measurement equipment.

I expect the merger and FINRA updates to be complete by 13 March.
