Foxman I agree, the 880 number is hard to reconcile to with the current numbers...my take on the comment I made was the enrollment is back on pace..ie CVM is no longer enrolling 0-3 patients a month as had been the case for a long period under the old CRO...so I see this overhanging issue as in the process if not already resolved...the trial is back on pace...as quick as we would all like probably not...but if the end results are the same..another 5-12 months will only give those who want to build a larger position at these lower prices more time to do so..if you have a shorter time horizon for this stock then you better be loading up on the warrants and hoping for a nice spike up to $2-3/share with arbitration settlement...
