But those 16 million divvy shares once in my account were restructured 1711:1 and 9300 or so were merged with my Encounter Tech restricted according to my activity log and my shares were also r/s'd 30/31...

That activity has not been reversed...to date

DUTV also show restructuring of 1,000,000 DUTV shares for 7000 PTEL shares...

That happened days after the MMX/PTEL deal

Smells like TORQ to me as days later the TORQ deal was announced at DUTV...

I'm a Crazy Scots-Irishman Blue Blood... It's probably not a good idea to listen to me...every thing I say is of my opinion. I'm not a good place to get investment advise...
