Filing companies get an E attached if they

fail to file within 20 days of quarterly

due date or withing 45 days of annual due

date...

If they don't comply within 30 days of

the E trading designation then they are

demoted to pink sheet status...

Now show everyone in the rule book why

certain companies may get demoted to

grey sheets when a company such as

RGMI did not get demoted or others...

Do you plot the big runnners that come

off your list being disseminated also?...

Try plotting the soaring OTCQB share

counts this year if you wanta save folks
