Personally speaking, I've never seen a legit company project millions in revenue numerous times (while hardly delivering anything), go through two major reverse splits, end up virtually bankrupt and unable/ unwilling to put out a pr in 21 months; not to mention, trade at a present .0001 after trading for about 10 years, bwdik?

Otoh, those companies that were mentioned as successful one time pennies, NEVER even closely fit the criteria mentioned above.
