The stock can trade as long as its not revoked - and it will be revoked as son as the SEC gets around to it

The BK judge is out and its all the SEC now

Most if not all of the activity are brokers buying and closing down positions of shareholders ( cleaning up the accounts

or

someone really nuts buying a few and don't mind throwing more money away
