A. How did BORK deliver dozens of bulletproof plates to the Collier County Florida police dept.

My source spoke that the FBI got interested and ran tests, with the results that the FBI took away all the vests. Now I believe this and need not verify, but you may dime a phone call to the Collier County Florida police dept. and ask.

B. Port of Seattle Sheriffs dept. Which were test and still being worn by both departments. It's quite clear that some manufacturing was going on.

Lets assume these vest functioned as advertized. Now lets assume John Bourque purchased these vests from established armor manufactures as blanks and put the Kryron logo on them. So yes, "manufacturing was going on" but not at Bourque Industries to produce Kryron armor.
