If the company is in bad shape, there will be no cash for them..all assets will all go to chinese banks..if company is in good shape, share price would be a lot higher than it is today. My main point is the stock at $.10 is worth a gamble since they are emerging from bankruptcy and have a chance with support of chinese govt/banks. Its risky but thats implied with it trading otc at $.10.
