Kistler owns 45% there is no value to stock holders he will make sure of that!
FDMF is no bid because Kistler has a track record of using stock holders money and filing for R/S because the only objective is to fill his pocket!
Also I have talked to BK on the phone and felt like I was talking to fast Eddy the used car salesman!
