February 19, 2015 we are committed to bringing the Company current with its SEC filings in the near term. We will update the Company Profile at OTC Markets by February 19, 2015 to align all of the currently available public information with this site.

Management is currently evaluating opportunity in Nutraceuticals and specialty beverage distribution.
