The FDA isn't (yet) convinced that it is a 'proven' treatment. But IMO the FDA often has its head up its bunghole.
The information that I have read to date as regards HEB's medicines for CFS suggests that for some people there has been a clear benefit. For others there has been either no positive effect, or a very small positive effect.
But with no demonstrated significant toxic problems or side-effects, and with a possibility that it could help at least some people with CFS - it would seem worthy of at least carefully monitored compassionate use.
