Another security that Bruce Pollock and Kenny Davidson were involved with used this same Legal Counsel and Accounting Firm.

Both Pollock and Davidson did have their hand in the BLDW cookie jar.

To date, has the company taken any course of action against these individuals? Other than issue a PR?

Anyone can research this to confirm (ticker GESI).
