hi retired 43- if you believe anything that Chaya says, I have an excellent harbour bridge for sale, and will throw in an opera house with it. I think the funding has repeatedly stalled because the CEO doesnt want to hand over any ownership or control of the company.. she wants the funding, but not via dilution ( read Greed)..thats not a risk situation that large scale investors will want.. and I doubt any sane existing investor would throw more money their way given the performance of both management and share price to date..
