Who is Roger Malouf and what is his background? He was not on the list proposed by the Moore Group. Is this a pick suggested by Moore or is this someone Frankie suggested?

I know one thing, with a last name of Malouf , he is likely of Lebanese heritage. That is a very common and prominent Lebanese last name. Maybe at the next shareholder meeting I can meet him and we can enjoy some good Lebanese food like kibbee , Tabouli , Labne and other favorites.

I am glad they decided to limit the board to five members. I think 9 was too many. Now lets hope they work for the benefit of ALL shareholders or I will be holding Frankie and the ENTIRE board accountable.
