The technology I was referencing in my prior post was the upgrades to their factory assembly line production machinery that will enable them to mass produce the general purpose consumer lines of LED lighting (camping equipment, flashlights, etc.) more competitively so CYBL can garner additional customers, such as Target and Dick's Sporting Goods for example, in addition to their current and only production process which manufactures high-grade industrial LED lighting for use by the military.

Once CYBL is able to re-tool and expand, it won't be a "one trick pony" constrained to a single customer base as it is right now, which significantly hampers the company's ability to weather adverse economic conditions. As I mentioned, with the outlook of an improving economy with increased tax revenues, the U.S. Government is overdue to award contracts that are needed to replenish supplies depleted in prior years' spending constraints.
