OMO, when I spoke to Joe D. last week in response to the Carmel fake letter, he told me they are doing a private placement for 250k for admin, office, salary type stuff to hold them over til revenue. However, he told me he already raised 170k of it and has friends that he hasn't even gone to yet. If this interests you at all?
