Dear Shareholder,

As you know Revolutions Medical donated over 50,000 syringes late last year to AmeriCares. AmeriCares is at work in more than 90 countries around the world and in many states in the U.S. They reported that our RevVac(tm) Auto-Retractable Vacuum Safety Syringe has been use in 10 countries and with 50 Medical clinics and centers in 24 states in the US.

A medical outreach team that used the RevVac(tm) syringes in Haiti sent us a report which we put on our web site and it is linked below. This is a great story that really demonstrates the incredible impact that safety syringes can make in an under-resourced health care setting, where simple things like biohazard disposal are much more difficult than here in the States. While it's impossible for AmeriCares to collect patient stories from everyone who received the syringes, they state that there are hundreds of instances like this where our syringe donation has changed the lives of people in great need.
