Oh Dear!! be very careful because this thing has already traded at 75 cents!! based on the CEOs past record he can convert any debt that this company accumulates into shares at 37.5 cents! Hey but he wouldn't do that would he? NO!!! more likely he will trade one share for 5 cents, and then convert for 2.5 cents, and take the whole company back!!!

Oh and OWK2M value investors look for earnings not sales!! no one is going to pay a 30 to 50 multiple and think it is value!
