Since the stock is still trading it is possible that the company is still assessing their position and where they will proceed in the future after the SEC issues are resolved

as a business major in college it is a companies desire to regroup and get things back up to speed and the one thing is that they may Change the Name of the company. a and convert the stock to the new company
