You ever watched the show Catfish? Or seen the movie? It's quite an interesting concept actually. One uses a false persona on the internet, builds an entire network around it, and presents his or herself as the truth. Sometimes these networks can be so intricate they can last for years. It harkens back to the days of AOL and Myspace, where many people would go on blind dates and end up getting "cat fished" when they saw who the real person was after talking for over a year (I should know I was cat fished at one point, I think we all have been.)
Anyway I did a quick reverse image search of both Scott and his Wife's Twitter accounts, nothing suspicious turned up, however I did find it interesting his wife didn't start following him and NSEH until very recently. It seems the cat fish's origins of Scott might not be that far off.
The kid in the photo looks like her, although the wife in Scott's photo obviously is wearing sunglasses so there is no way to tell if that's really her.
In any case sooner or later the truth will be revealed and the entire network will come to light.
