We will have to wait and see about the "Barry will Veto" Maybe he will and maybe he wont. If he does, we will have to see if the veto will get overridden. In any circumstance, the price of oil has much more to do with DWOD at the moment than the pipeline. As for another 6 months for a Pr, I seriously doubt that. Keep in mind however that DWOG has nothing to do with the timing of Press Releases. It would not surprise though, to very soon see, a release of production numbers.
