Force Minerals Corporation Acquires Crypto Currency Digital Mining Company

Jan 08, 2015 (ACCESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- IRVINE, CA / ACCESSWIRE / January 8, 2015 / Force Minerals Corporation (OTC Pink: FORC) (PINKSHEETS: FORC), is pleased to announce the Company has completed negotiations for the acquisition of an established Crypto Currency digital mining company and its digital mining assets. The acquisition is now subject to final formal documentation to be completed by January 16, 2015.
