If I were Ntephe I would be embarrassed about how I took a company with 50 million in the bank, with the EEZ and with the JDZ and turned it into what we see today. I certainly would not be running around to conferences and falsely writing about how great a success ERHC has been when it has been an abject failure. No revenue. No oil. No money left in the bank. Great job Ntephe. Maybe he can get a buyout for a two or three pennies a share. Would that make him a success?

And clearly stating what he has done to this company is not dragging his name through the mud. Instead it is giving a true account of what he has failed to accomplish while in charge. The buck has to stop with someone and that someone is him.
