Wrong Info.! The debts are far over $500K and the total liability is near $1M! The shareholder's Equity Value is negative -$731,336 or $-0.0492 per share negative BV. Anyway the OS was 14,873,266 shares and the float was 6,500,000 shares as of 12/23/2014 after 1:100 R/S. The AS is still 4,500,000,000 (4.5B) shares.
