The simple fact is Ramsey is still a board member and was never removed.Leaving RAMSEY off was a simple mistake of omission.The error was caught.The state of Nevada said the cost to add him back on would be 500 bucks...IFUS decided it was a waste of money and will change it next year.

IFUS shareholders are concerned about the theft of corporate assets and technology...Not a clerical error.
