It is obvious that the end game is near with respect to the current insider strategy. The acceleration of accusations is at an all time high. IMO, Marani Brands will survive... Product still on shelves so it didn't go dark.. Best case scenario is something positive is in the works with a strategic partner that has required a quiet period. If that is the case...Boom! $$$MRIB

A company going "quiet" is not always a result of something negative happening. In fact, the raising of authorized shares could be for something other then diluting purposes. Dan hinted many times on Moneytv about deals he couldn't talk about.

Bottom line, there could very well be a good reason for this "quiet period" from the company. And if it is a result of a deal going on, happy chasing the pps once it's announced. The fact the company is not supporting the declining pps during the alleged stock conventions, is proof to me that they are unable to talk to shareholders, and possibly in a quiet period. We shall see, but I'm betting something big is in the works. Perhaps a strategic partnership.
