Who knows. Paul might wait for some other piece of the puzzle to fall in place before releasing info. I based my guess on info I got from my friend. Who works at a large oil firm. He said they place all yearly contracts at the end of January. Not sure when whoever mcic is dealing with would place there contracts. Could be the same. Could not. But your guess is as good as mine.
